Typically, I don't like anything sweet for breakfast. I'm never one to want donuts or pastries or even cereal. If I make my own granola, I like that, but only occasionally.
In fact, chicken soup is what I like for breakfast... or a sandwich.
But I have sort of invented a really yummy breakfast that is a tiny bit sweet, but mostly it's just filling, delicious and extremely nutritious.
Toast half a whole wheat bagel and while it's still warm, spread it with an extra-chunky natural peanut butter (or you could use a low fat). Then thin slice about a quarter of a really good apple and arrange the slices on top of the peanut butter. Then sprinkle the whole deal lightly with ground cinnamon.
